Who we are

LittleSomething is a service for creating private, personalised digital surprises ("the Service"). References to "we", "us" or "LittleSomething" mean the operator of the Service.

Eligibility

You may use the Service if you are at least 13 years old and have your parent or guardian’s consent where required. You are responsible for complying with these terms and with any laws that apply to you.

Using the Service

The Service lets you build a small surprise — your words, photos and a song — and generate a private link to share. You agree to use it only for kind, lawful purposes. In particular, you must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive or harmful to others, and you must only share content you own or are permitted to use.

Your account

Creating a surprise requires a free account so we can save your work and generate your link. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account.

Your content and our licence

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using the Service you grant LittleSomething a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and deliver that content solely to generate and display your surprise link. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for our own marketing without your separate permission.

Pricing and payment

Generating a shareable link costs a one-time fee of ₹99, processed securely through Razorpay. Prices and features may change; any change applies to future purchases, not ones already made.

Cancellation and refunds

Because each link is a personalised digital product, refunds are limited. You can read the full rules in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design, templates and brand, belongs to LittleSomething or its licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the Service as described here.

Availability and changes

We’ll do our best to keep the Service running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update or modify the Service, and change these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let users know through the Service.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LittleSomething is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service if these terms are breached. You can stop using the Service at any time; sections about content, liability and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
